Buying a house, selling a house, moving……all events that are stressful, emotional and sometimes problematic.  How wonderful that your real estate agent understands the sadness of leaving a place where so much of yourself has been vested and the fears that arise from the unknown of  a new  beginning.  How great that your real estate agent can be so caring and reassuring yet unrelentless  in negotiations for you.  Would you expect an agent to show up with her steam-a-matic and fan to help with clean-up from a broken pipe just hours before final walk-through for the sell…..and bring burgers for everyone working at the scene?  It’s  called doing whatever it takes to get the job done and that is what you can expect from Stacye.   She has been my agent during three transactions and I find her to be simply the best!
